Checking your insurance on CPF Website

Have you been asked to check out some information in CPF website but unsure how and where to find the needed information?  Here are the steps to get the information on your insurance matters.

Step 1: Click on “Login Here”

Step 2: You will be asked to key in your “SingPass ID” & “Password”. If your forget your ID & password, you can either request it from the website or go to any community center to get a new one on the spot.Capture2

Step 3: Once you are log in, click on “My Messages”.

Dependant Protection Scheme(DPS) 

DPS is a term insurance. It insured you for a maximum sum assured of $46,000 up to 60 years old. The DPS benefit will be paid out to insured members and/or their families, if the insured members pass away or become permanently incapacitated.

You can also see which is your insurer providing the coverage. The 2 companies available to provide this plan are –

  • The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited
  • NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Limited

Home Protection Scheme(HPS) 

HPS is a mortgage-reducing insurance. It covers the outstanding loan that you are servicing by your CPF savings for your HDB flat.

Eldershield Scheme 

ElderShield is an affordable severe disability insurance scheme which provides basic financial protection to those who need long-term care. It provides a monthly cash payout to a maximum period of either 60 or 72 months depending on your inception date.

You can also see which is your insurer providing the coverage. The 3 companies available to provide this plan are –

  • The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited
  • NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Limited

 

Medishield Life/Integrated Shield plan 

This section will provide the information if you are on Medishield Life or upgraded to a private medical insurance under integrated shield plan. If you on on a private medical insurance, your insurer providing the coverage will be stated as well. You can also see if you are paying for anyone else other than yourself.
